For ready-to-delivery products: 1-3 working days.

What are the shipping costs?
For Greece it is 4 euros for orders up to 2 kg + 2 euros with cash on delivery. For heavier packages the cost is proportional to the weight.
For foreign countries the shipment is made with ELTA and the cost is determined according to the weight and destination.

How should I take care of/clean your products?
All products are made with care and passion in our workshop with high quality materials selected with care for safe use,
Most of our products can be washed in the washing machine in a light program, without much spinning.
Can I return a product?
If for some reason there has been an error in the products of your order, you inform us by phone or email to proceed to the immediate replacement at our own expense.
If you are not happy with the products you have received or wish to return them for other reasons, changes are accepted within 10 days of the date of purchase. Items should be returned to the condition in which you received them, accompanied by the retail receipt. In this case you incur the costs of sending the product back to the ERGANI workshop, while we bear the costs of sending the changed product to you.
There are no cash returns.
No changes are made to personalized orders.
Why can there be a small difference between the photo in the e shop and the product I received?
Because all of our products are handmade and therefore unique, they may have minor differences in both colors and materials. They may also show slight color differences from the photos and product description.
If these differences will affect the final product to a great extent you will be informed before shipment and you can cancel your purchase in case you do not agree.
We do not take any responsibility for color differences or details due to the different settings of the screens.
